These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the VinciPhoto mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using VinciPhoto, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
VinciPhoto is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You may not misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access the App using automated or unauthorized means.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
VinciPhoto allows you to access and organize photos stored on your device. You retain full ownership of your photos at all times.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any photos you access through the App.
Deletion is permanent and is your responsibility. The App identifies photos it believes are duplicates, near-duplicates, screenshots, or Live Photos, but the decision to delete is always yours and is always confirmed through your device’s own Photos interface. Automated grouping is not perfect, and you should review a group before deleting it. Deleted photos are moved to your device’s “Recently Deleted” album and are removed permanently after the period Apple sets. We are not responsible for photos you delete.
VinciPhoto is free to download. The free version supports advertising and applies daily limits to certain actions, such as the number of photos you can delete, Live Photos you can convert, and description searches you can run in a day. The current limits are shown in the App and reset each day.
You may optionally watch a rewarded advertisement to increase some of these daily limits. Watching a rewarded advertisement is always voluntary, and the increase it grants applies only to the current day.
We may change the free version’s limits, or which features are included in it, at any time.
VinciPhoto Premium removes advertising and daily limits and unlocks additional cleanup tools. It is offered as:
Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before you purchase, and vary by region. The App does not offer a free trial.
All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never receive your payment details.
Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not to an account with us. If you reinstall the App or set up a new device, use “Restore Purchases” in the App while signed in with the same Apple ID.
Purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policy, and refunds are issued by Apple rather than by us. Requests should be made to Apple Support. We cannot process, guarantee, or reverse a charge made through your Apple ID. Where local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights are not affected by this section.
The free version of VinciPhoto displays advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Ads help support continued development of the App.
Advertising content and related data collection are governed by the advertising partners’ own terms and privacy policies. VinciPhoto does not control the content of third-party advertisements. Premium removes advertising entirely.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its design, features, and code, are owned by VinciPhoto or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the App except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice through the App or our website. We are not otherwise obligated to provide updates or ongoing support.
VinciPhoto is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements, or that its grouping and search results will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinciPhoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including loss of photos or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it — but see section 5 regarding cancelling a subscription.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is collected and used.
These Terms are between you and VinciPhoto only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted within the App or on our website. Changes do not apply retroactively to a subscription period you have already paid for.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
